We originally hired Eagle Hill Homes for an addition, but the project quickly turned into a full home renovation because we trusted them so much. Once we got into the process and saw the kind of team we had, we decided to really put everything into making our house our forever home. Sam, Nick, Paige, Teagan, Rob, Justin, Abby, and the entire Eagle Hill Homes team were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, honest, thoughtful, talented, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire project. A renovation of this size could have been overwhelming, but they communicated clearly, helped us make smart decisions, and made us feel supported every step of the way. The Eagle Hill team became so much more than just the “people working on our house.” They were the people helping us make huge decisions, calm our nerves, solve problems, and turn this house into the place where we will raise our family for years to come. Paige especially became such an important part of that process. She understood my vision, cared about the details, and helped make such a big transformation feel personal and possible. And Teagan’s design skills?! She always seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. I am truly not someone who enjoys decorating, so having Teagan narrow down so many options and decisions for me was everything. The finished result completely transformed our home and the way our family lives in it. Eagle Hill Homes took our original vision and helped turn it into something even better than we imagined. We are so grateful to the entire team and cannot recommend them highly enough.

HH Review Eagle Hill Homes was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This was the first renovation that my family had done and I was very nervous. After hearing and seeing other peoples horror stories I wanted to make sure whoever we hired was going to do things without cutting corners and that no one was going to leave us high and dry. I can say that Sam and Nick were the complete opposite. You’d never know they had multiple projects at the same time as us. They made us feel like their top priority, even though we were relatively small compared to other projects. They outlined the process very clearly from the beginning, worked within our budget and communicated every step of the way. We had the unique situation of starting construction being very pregnant with our third child, moving out midway through with a newborn and then moving back in with a 2 month old baby after construction. Not only did they work around our daily schedule, they made sure to take extra precautions around dust and fumes. Any issues that arose were solved without any tension. When prices came back over budget, they thought creatively about solutions to make sure that we got what we wanted in the end. The trades were fantastic; you could tell they had been hand picked because of their skill and professionalism. The whole office team worked together seamlessly and each of them was truly a pleasure to work with. Having the contractor and architect working together made everything function so smoothly. In the end, they got the project done ON TIME (which is more than anyone else I know can say) and it looks gorgeous. We were so happy to support an independent business in our town, especially one that is female owned and operated. We rave about them any chance we get!

There’s so much to say about how they went above and beyond, and I wanted to make sure I did them justice... so here goes! From the very start, they made sure everything was prepped and on time. The project stayed within budget, and everything was completed exactly as promised — no surprises, no stress. If something ever came up that needed attention, they were right on top of it, clearly walking us through options with full transparency. Obviously things can happen during a reno, but I never felt worried that I'd get a surprise bill or piece of bad news, or that they wouldn't have my best interest in mind. The whole process felt so smooth, and that’s not something you hear often during a renovation! I honestly never expected to have this much fun (and complain so little) during a renovation. We finished the project and I was already scheming about what I can do next (sorry Chrissy) because working with Sam, Nick, and the team was an absolute pleasure.
