East Coast Gutters Inc.

We hired East Coast Gutters to replace our gutters because the 10 year old ones let water drip behind them and down our glass slider doors. We paid $1200 for new gutters, a leaf guard and a drip edge extension (specifically so rain wouldn't drip behind our gutters). While the company was professional and timely in installation and in sales (helping us figure out what to get and clearly explaining how everything worked and materials used), they get an F on customer service and standing behind their product. Shortly after install, we had a rain storm and water came back down our sliders again. Also, we were also having problems with the leaf guard making a very loud vibrating noise which sort of shook the house whenever there was a breeze. We contacted East Coast via text sending pictures of the water and explaining what was happening. They called us back and said it was probably our roof (although we had purchased the drip edge extension and have a new roof) but that they would come out the following week to take a look. They never came to look at the gutters. So we contacted them again and said, you never came can we schedule something for the following week. We never heard from them. So we went to their website and contacted them via their "contact us" email. Again, we never heard back from them. The worst part is I got 2 quotes for gutter installation and they were $400 more than the other person. I went with them because I wanted to support a local business and I am of the mind you get what you pay for. In this case that was not true. What's even more frustrating is I am not trying to get them to come in their busy season when they have a ton of installations, and they still can't bother to call us back and stand behind their product. I would not recommend them for anyone needing gutters.
