It offers heating, cooling and electrical work for homes and commercial customers, with a stated focus on Mitsubishi Electric ductless systems. Its BBB grade is A+, and it is BBB-accredited. Google lists 4.9 stars from 1,608 ratings. Several 2026 customers describe explanations alongside repairs. An August reviewer said Corey restored their air conditioning and explained the problem in terms they understood. A June reviewer said Brandon diagnosed and fixed a problem, explained it clearly and discussed what to do if the unit needed more attention. In July, a customer described replacement of three thermostats with smart thermostats, including help with setup. Another July customer said a technician cleaned two mini-splits and then installed two surge suppressors in 30 minutes. Emergency visits have included a leaking mini-split and a boiler that had locked down. A July reviewer said Kaiya arrived that day and quickly repaired the mini-split. A separate July customer said a technician came just after their call near closing time for a boiler with oil leaking from its Tigerloop; Trevor explained the repairs. In a March 2026 review, a homeowner described Trevor Doucette diagnosing a three-zone heating problem, collecting components from a local supplier and completing the repair during the same appointment. Electrical work appears in a May 2024 account: a customer said Aaron installed a dedicated circuit for a garbage disposal and explained what he was doing and why. There are concerns alongside the praise. A July 2026 customer said a call to check an appointment rang repeatedly and then reached a busy signal, without an option to leave a message. They otherwise praised the technician.
