Split Solution HVAC

Professional and happily answered all of my questions thoroughly. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision on hiring them or which unit to choose for the space. We had 4 other companies come out to do an estimate for the project and Split solution were by far the best deal. My only hesitation was the fact that they were a newer company but I am so glad that we ultimately chose them over the others! They were very respectful of our time, our property and any concerns that we had brought up. They were very reliable; if they said they would be at the house by a certain time they were right on the dot. And if there were any changes in the schedule they let me know right away. They cleaned up at the end and did not leave anything behind when they were finished. The units look and work great! We felt very confident that Connor, Trevor and Aaron knew what they were doing. We were given zero reason to doubt their ability to install the units properly. One of the indoor units was installed on a slightly warped wall so after running it a few times it became loose enough to start to make a noise. When I called them they came back out immediately to put extra reinforcement on it. When it was fixed they made sure that I knew I could count on them to come back if the warped wall ever caused the unit any issues in the future. These guys work very hard and are consistent with the quality of work they put out. All around nice guys, I didn’t feel uncomfortable, uncertain or concerned in any way while they were at my house. It was a great feeling to have the confidence in them that they would take care of us and do a good job. It is obvious that Split Solution care about their work and stand behind it 100%. It’s also evident that these guys are looking for respectful and meaningful relationships with long term local customers. They are genuinely good people who want to establish a name for themselves and perform good quality work. And they are certainly on the right track to achieving that. I would recommend Split Solution to anyone without hesitation and I’m looking forward to hiring them again for our next HVAC project.

They came by and serviced my condenser unit with two headers. They encountered a rats nest in my unit and cleaned it till it was spotless. Highly recommend for yearly maintenance or bigger jobs.
