Cody was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, listened carefully to my concerns, and worked with me to find the best solutions for my home. I truly felt that he treated my home as though it were his own and cared about both the performance of the ductless heat-pump system and how the finished installation would look. His attention to detail, communication, and willingness to work through the challenges of an older brick home really stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for mini-split or heat-pump installation.

We absolutely enjoyed hiring Cody, owner of Next Level Heating and Cooling LLC to install a Samsung - 5 indoor mini splits and 2 outdoor heat pump systems in our house. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, reasonably priced and most importantly STRESS FREE. Cody was professional, he answered all our questions over the phone during our initial inquiry. Cody arrived on time for our quote and provided us his honest and thorough explanation of the whole system, he drew up locations and provided us pictures immediately of how the lines on the house would look, he gave a timeline for the project and provided us a quote the next day! We had 4 quotes and Cody was the only one to provide a detailed outline including: unit types, btu’s, split unit specific locations in each room of the house, heat pump exterior locations, details of where refrigerant lines were to be located, a superior warranty (Cody is a Preferred Plus Dealer for Samsung) which surpassed all other warranties from other companies. Cody also provided a 1 year personal labor warranty for any warranty repairs incase of any unforeseen issues occurred. Overall we enjoyed our experience with Cody, I highly recommend him for all your split and heat pump system installs!
