One customer this July hired East Coast Seamless Gutters through a roofing company to fix another gutter installer's work — wrong pitch, badly fitted guards — and the crew, Manny and Luis, put on 6-inch gutters with guards, corrected the pitch, added a downspout, and phoned the owner on speaker when a question needed a better answer. That is the shape of most of the record here: gutters done properly, often after someone else got them wrong. The company works out of 7 Littleton Road in Westford and is run by Rick Nettelbladt, whose name turns up in review after review alongside his installers. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #211815, is active under the company's own name. The work is seamless gutters formed on site — aluminium, steel or copper — plus gutter guards, repairs and cleaning, for homes and commercial buildings. The written record is short but dense: 5.0 across 60 Google ratings, 56 reviews in all, every one of them from 2024 onward, seventeen in the last six months alone. What gives it weight is how specific it gets. A customer this May, whose house sits under tall pines and maples with failing flashing sending water down the wall, said new gutters ended the problem at a price well below two other quotes. A March 2026 customer described upgrading to 6-inch gutters with 3x4 downspouts. A January 2025 homeowner had fascia boards rotting from leaks replaced along with the gutters. In May 2025, another wrote that Rick came out to reset a couple of soffits free of charge, and only then quoted the gutter work. The things reviewers repeat are unglamorous and consistent: quotes the same day or within days, jobs finished in one day, old gutters hauled away, debris cleaned up, colors matched to existing trim. Several mention working alongside a roofing company on the same house. What to weigh: the company is young and every rating on file is five stars, so there is no account anywhere of a job going wrong or how it was handled. Six reviews also carry the same May 2026 date, which usually means a batch of requests went out at once rather than anything odd — their content varies widely. If a difficult repair matters to you, ask for a reference from a job that hit a snag. A straightforward call for gutter replacement, guards, or repairs after a roof job — especially on a house where the last installer got the pitch wrong. Confirm HIC #211815 with the state and get the gutter size and downspout count in writing.

We had an excellent experience with East Coast Seamless Gutters! They were subcontracted through Master Roofers to fix the incorrect install of Legacy Gutters. Manny and Luis were the install crew and answered all of our questions before installing our gutters and new gutter guards. They even called the owner, Rick, on speaker phone to provide more detailed answers when needed. They installed 6" gutters with gutter guards on our house, fixing pitch issues and incorrect gutter guard installation caused by Legacy Gutters. They added an extra downspout to further enhance flow. Manny and Luis worked tremendously hard and completed the job despite the heat and long day. We appreciated their attention to detail and thoughtful work. The owner Rick takes a lot of pride in his company and is very easy to reach via phone. He thoroughly answered my questions and has followed up with us to make sure we are happy with the job. Highly, highly recommend! I only wish we had used them the first time!

The installers were curious and did the work quickly and to my expectations. They also cleaned up all debris from the install.
