Have never had a problem with this company,they have always been friendly and their driver Don is a peach. He is so courteous and helpful. Just recently,yesterday in fact the phone number we had for them no longer works. We called an eight hundred number that we found on the website to request a delivery,left a message but we don't know if it was received so now we are wondering if and when we are going to get oil.I hope we don't run out. 2/15 Got our oil delivered today. Found out from the driver Don that they are having a problem with their phone but that they did receive our message on the 800 number. So all is well.
I’ve always had a great experience with Williams Oil. Prices are reasonable, always pleasant on the phone and delivery is in a timely manner. Can’t expect much more than that!
