East Wood Builders

East Coast Builders is an amazing team of contractors! The latest job is either the 3rd or 4th major job that they have performed for us. Excellent craftsmanship and efficiency. We are very proud to call them our contracting and construction company.

I have used East Wood Builders several times over the past five years since having moved to Winchester and highly recommend them. Projects I have engaged them for range from smaller or random move-in get house ready type jobs, to a major pipe leak in wall resulting in damage impacting multiple floors, to exterior yardwork where extension of a drainage pipe was installed to prevent backyard flooding. I believe they are extensively skilled, attentive to detail, comprehensive/exhaustive/versatile/thoughtful in approach, and yield quality results. One thing I particularly value in the work they do is that they are just really kind people who are easy to work with and genuinely care that the job gets done right and done well. All of their team members are respectful, trustworthy and some of the nicest people that I’ve had the pleasure of working with and inviting into my home. Especially helpful and efficient to their process is their affiliations and relationships with other service providers/ specialists (plumbers, electricians, mold experts,etc…) that are sometimes necessary to draw into a job in order to make sure it is done properly. They do all of the coordination, they keep things moving fluidly and it becomes a very easy process from start to finish for the project at hand. Finally, I find that they will try to think out of the box or be creative for other non-urgent projects that you come up with. They’ll give you suggestions, ideas, options, quotes, and are very helpful to the process of supporting you in what you are trying to accomplish.

Chris Burke and his team built a beautiful deck for my wife and I. Their attention to detail was amazing. Pricing was very reasonable. And they didn't get distracted and drift away to other jobs before they were done with ours.

Chris and Chris are great. Responsive, fair price, good quality work fast. They did a full basement and bathrooms. Really enjoyed working with them.
