EasyGo PRO is an Attleboro business whose Google reviews, from 2018 to 2021, describe moves and deliveries. In a 2018 review, the writer said they were on time and it was an easy move. Another 2018 review says they took care of a delivery on the same day as the writer's phone call, at a fantastic price. In a 2021 review, the writer said a brand new bedroom set was completely ruined, with the explanation that it was left in the elevator and a neighbor must have hit or moved it. That 2021 writer also said their couch fabric was torn, a tv stand was chipping and their apartment door had chips, and that the person they spoke with on the phone offered no resolution, not even a discount or an apology.
Brand new bedroom set completely ruined. Explanation was it was left in the elevator and a neighbor must’ve hit / moved it. My couch fabric is torn, tv stand chipping my apartment door has chips. The guy I spoke with on the phone offered no resolution , not even a discount , an apology nothing! It took a lot for me to do this review but I woke up with no bed to sleep on and a completely mutilated bedroom set that is less than a month old and no type of resolution I don’t even think the company has any type of insurance. I paid because I wanted them to just leave before I got more upset and I still tried to be respectful while listening to the excuses and the advice to super glue my bed back. I’m still in shock
