A 2025 customer said owner Mary provided boxes as needed and that the storage unit was clean and sizeable for what they were looking for. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Mary made sure all their bags and boxes were secured and said the move was easy and stress free.
Absolute shitty service workers yesterday come 4 to 5 hours late and break a few glasses and left without telling us we had boxes lined up and they told nobody they were leaving and today they come and claim everythings going to the dump now including the boxes of things we had lined up for yesterdays last call trip and they were drinking on the job i was just on the phone with the supervisor and he lied to my face and i have an image of the beer bottles on the counter opened with the workers there too and he claimed his workers dont drink on the job very unprofessional and the workers are doing nothing but laughing playing music from phone and making the whole operation on our house a joke
Owner Mary, is very friendly and attentive with needs and expectations. Provided boxes as needed. Storage unit is clean and sizeable for what I was looking for.
