Alex and James packed a customer's household goods and loaded them onto a 26-foot truck, according to an April 2026 Google review. The customer, who described moves during military service, praised the two movers' care and organization. Movers Collective is based in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The company describes itself as owner-operated and says it handles local and interstate moves, packing, unpacking and storage with its own trained W-2 crew rather than subcontractors. Furniture arriving in the same condition mattered to customers writing in November 2024 and January 2025. In the November account, the customer said Alex and his crew packed carefully, loaded and delivered the items safely, and put them where requested. The January customer separately described the crew wrapping furniture to prevent damage and said everything arrived at the new home in perfect condition. That customer also reported an on-time arrival, a clear estimate, answers to questions and no hidden fees or surprises. A parent writing in September 2025 described Rob and his crew moving their daughter from a South Boston apartment to a Beacon Hill apartment. The parent said they wrapped and protected her furniture, delivered it and set things up on arrival. Rob also accommodated a last-minute change in plans. In a July 2023 review, another customer said Alex and Joseph moved everything down very narrow stairs without a scratch; Alex responded to questions throughout the move. Some customers described help beyond carrying boxes between homes. A December 2023 reviewer said Alex carefully moved an expensive tub and a fridge on two separate occasions during a house build, without damage. The same customer said he helped empty 4.5 storage units when they moved in and returned to help sort belongings into the correct rooms. A June 2023 customer described packing, moving and unpacking being handled in a single day, including assembling their daughter's bed frame so she had a bed that night. Google showed a 5-star average from 13 ratings in August 2026. In a November 2023 review, a customer described Alex visiting the house, promptly providing a quote, booking the date and arriving with two other movers on moving day.
