The written record is where this gets thin. Two customers have left accounts, both on the same day in July 2024: one praised the quality of flooring work, the other a commercial ceiling painted on time with the area kept clean. That is the whole of it — Houzz carries no reviews at all. Two things to raise on the first call. Neither directory publishes a licence or registration number, and Massachusetts requires home improvement contractor registration for this kind of work, so ask for the number and check it with the state yourself. And the company's Houzz description is written for a different brand entirely, opening "Welcome to E-Solar and Roofing!" — worth clarifying which entity would actually sign your contract. Too little independent history here to judge how they handle a large job. Ask for addresses of recent work you can go and look at.
