ECO Framing & Roofing - General Contractor

Framing and roofing sit in the name, and the menu behind it runs wider than that: house and steel framing, metal, rubber and tile roofs, siding, remodeling, flooring and painting, all listed on the profiles ECO Framing & Roofing keeps on Houzz and Thumbtack. The shop works out of Malden. Thumbtack lists it at six years in business with 12 employees and a background check under the name Henrique Nunes, and the company describes its own work as roofing, solar, residential and commercial renovation and civil construction, with an emphasis on sustainable materials. Both reviews on its Thumbtack page were posted on the same day in July 2024. One customer called the crew efficient and was happy with the flooring that went in. The other hired them to paint the ceiling of a commercial space and said the job finished on time, with the area left clean. Thumbtack shows a 5.0 across three ratings. There are projects to look at. Houzz displays five — commercial painting, flooring, a commercial roof, steel framing and wood framing — and Thumbtack carries 16 project photos. Houzz also puts the service area at more than 45 towns across Greater Boston and the North Shore, with a typical job cost range of $0–$100,000. One thing to settle before you sign anything: the About text on the Houzz profile is written for a different brand, opening "Welcome to E-Solar and Roofing!" and closing "Trust E-Solar Roofing", while the profile itself is filed under ECO Framing & Roofing. Ask which company would be named on your contract, and get its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration number in writing. If you want framing, a roof and the finish work handled by one small crew north of Boston, this is a six-year-old outfit with photos to show for it. Sort out the name question first, then ask to see a roof they have finished in your town.
