Edlund Design Build

Edlund Design Build is a Norwell, Massachusetts design-build firm that also holds a California general contractor license — its Houzz profile lists dozens of specialties spanning kitchens, additions, custom homes, decks, and even earthquake retrofitting, alongside a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor registration (CS-110351). Its Angi listing, tied to a Walnut Creek, California address, states 5 years in business in its About text and separately lists 22 years of experience under Business highlights — worth asking which reflects the company's actual history. The Houzz profile also lists a California General Building Contractor license (B867497) alongside its Massachusetts registration, so it's worth confirming which credential applies to work done here on the South Shore. A design-build option for South Shore homeowners planning additions, a kitchen or bath remodel, or a custom build — confirm current Massachusetts licensing and ask about local project history before signing on.
