I requested the installation of a Google thermostat and an EV charging cable, and the installation work itself proceeded smoothly. However, the technician left without performing a post-installation test, resulting in the home heating system failing to function. My elderly parents suffered in the cold due to this oversight; although I contacted customer service to resolve the issue—and experienced some friction due to difficulties in connecting with the appropriate specialist and a lack of immediate, effective action—the original technician (whose name I do not know) returned promptly, kindly re-installed the equipment, and successfully completed the job. I am now using the system with complete satisfaction.
Electrical Experts responded quickly to a significant electrical problem. Their staff were professional, helpful, and did very good work. They treated my mother with kindness and were helpful at every turn. I appreciated their thorough (but understandable) explanations for the work they were going to do.
