Elite Control Hvac

Elite Control HVAC is a Methuen, Massachusetts outfit whose Thumbtack profile is built around water heaters — gas tank, electric tank, gas tankless, electric tankless. Its written history is short and dates from a single day: three reviews, all five stars, posted in November 2024. Two of them are in Spanish. One of those November 2024 customers wrote about the company's professionalism and its customer service, saying they communicated effectively and dealt with their concerns promptly; another put it in four words and recommended them 100%. The profile itself lists two years in business and carries Thumbtack's background-checked marking. For a water heater job — swapping a failed tank, or moving to tankless — this is a young shop with a small set of customers who liked how it communicated. Pin down what the quote covers on the permit and hauling away the old unit, and get the model and its warranty in writing before you book the install.
