Elite Pro Construction Inc is presented on Thumbtack as a Mendon, Massachusetts roofing and repair contractor. Its listed services include roof and gutter cleaning, shingle and tile repairs, flashing, soffit and fascia, roof portions, siding, decks, trim, chimney work, brick or stone repair, and interior painting. Thumbtack reports 4.9 stars from 83 ratings and 68 projects. Four 2026 reviewers praise quick replies, rapid arrival, free estimates, same-day repairs, and workmanship. One homeowner described a roof leak affecting electrical safety that led to a deck rebuild and praised clear communication and thorough work. The written history is positive but limited. Before booking, confirm the exact roofing scope, materials, warranty, timeline, and whether electrical-adjacent work is coordinated with another trade. The profile appears suited to prompt roofing and related exterior repairs; ask for comparable examples and a written estimate.
Luis & team came out quickly and did the repair I needed done same day. They were responsive, reasonable and great to work with. I look forward to working with them again on future projects/repairs!
We had a great experience working with this family team. They were incredibly responsive, coming out the same day we posted in Thumbtack and returning the next day to continue diagnosing the problem. We had a roof leak that was compromising the safety of the electrical system in our home, and it ultimately required a deck rebuild. Throughout the process they were clear, professional, and communicative. The work itself was both efficient and thorough, and we felt confident the problem was properly addressed. We also obtained several quotes beforehand, and their pricing seemed fair and reasonable for the scope of the work.
Luis got back to me within minutes. He was at my house within an hour to give me a quote. He ended up being able to start the job right then and there and was done within an 1 1/2 hours. Very impressed with his workmanship and responsiveness. Will definitely hire him again.
I had an excellent experience. They came right away, gave a free quote, then arrived early the next morning to fix the issue. Among the best punctuality and reliability I have experienced. Highly recommend!
