Recently had Air Conditioning issues at my office and my home. In both circumstances Kory was on site within 24 hours of contacting him. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner and at a fair price. Would recommend Kory and Emergency Response - HVAC.

Kory has been fantastic working on the equipment at our pizza shop. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. The part that needed to be replaced took a few weeks to come in. He made sure he called every week to give us updates. He was very thorough when the part did come in and did a great job repairing it. He’s personable and explains things in a way the average person can understand.

I’m so impressed with Kory from Emergency Response-HVAC (I managed several retail businesses over 40 years so I’ve got lots of experience w/repair vendors.) My central AC stopped cooling late one night. My pet and I were hot and uncomfortable. I called Kory with a friend‘s suggestion. See the following. • Kory returned my call in 10 minutes • He asked me what the problem was and a few more questions about the system • He arrived at my home within 20 minutes • He wore PPE & complied w/safe distancing • He found the issue, had the part on his truck & made the repair in about 15 minutes • Kory turned on AC so we knew it was fixed • Kory is professional, organized, honest, on time and had the “best price” I would refer Kory to anyone needing HVAC work. Kory was available, honest & reasonable. I wish I could give him 10 STARS! Thank you.

Korey was great. He was incredibly responsive and willing to work within our schedule. When he arrived, he was already wearing a mask and wore his mask any time he was in the house or in close proximity to us. He talked us through his entire diagnostic process and was willing to answer any questions. Overall, he was communicative, professional, efficient, and personable.
