The company's own site calls itself licensed and insured, but BuildZoom shows no active license on file and a license status it was not able to verify, so ask for the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor numbers directly, along with a current certificate of insurance. And the written history is shorter than the tenure: nine Google reviews, all since 2024, alongside a Porch page averaging 4.02 across 12 aggregated reviews, for a company that says it has been at this 32 years. For a South Shore homeowner planning an addition, an ADU, or a whole-room gut where one crew has to coordinate every trade, this is a sensible call — with the licensing and insurance paperwork confirmed in hand first.
