I am disabled and have been unable to use a stairway because the one railing was not secure. Mark and his team secured the one railing and added a second railing on the opposite side so I am able to safely go up and down the stairs. Mark was easy to work with and very friendly along with explaining what he proposed and asking for any suggestions I had. The two man crew was very knowledgeable and friendly and completed the work in a short time. I certainly will contact Mark in the future for any work I need done
I used OTL to remove old sky lights that were leaking from and addition to my home from many years ago and replace them with a rubber roof. It was a lot of work to both the interior and the exterior of the property and the work was fantastic and the crew kept things clean and organized. I was so pleased that a few months later I brought them back to reside my entire home. I would recommend them without hesitation.
