Eminent Mechanical

A dated AC unit out and a new heat pump in, all in a single day: that is how a 2023 customer described hiring Eminent Mechanical. That 2023 customer said Kyle and a team of 2 others removed the old unit, installed the new one, set up a new Nest thermostat and walked the customer through how to run the system. The same 2023 customer said Kyle offered a 2 year warranty on labor, came in under other estimates, and helped fill out the paperwork for a refund from EnergizeCT that saved $3000. In that 2023 review, Kyle also called back about a thermostat question and sent a video showing what to do. The company's website lists plumbing work from water heater service and replacement to pipe leak repair, sump pumps and whole-home repiping, and names a service area that includes Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Cheshire, Danbury and Hamden. On Google it holds 5 stars from 11 ratings. A 2023 customer said Kyle worked on the family's furnace, A/C and plumbing multiple times, within budget and on time. A 2023 customer said the company was called out once for a water heater and once for a zone valve on a boiler, and was fast both times. A 2023 customer said Kyle came to work on leaking pipes. A 2023 customer said Kyle had been the go-to for plumbing since they bought their house in 2020, and laid out what each job would entail and the options to proceed with.
