Air Conditioning Air handler & controller had “electrical short” & board & controller fuse, etc had a burn out. Dontae V was able to diagnose hidden problem & retrieve parts & repair within several hours!!! Definitely a blessing!

I am a new customer at Energy One. I had no heat and called for service. When Marcin arrived, I was immediately impressed. He walked in smiling, shook my hand and told me his name. It’s rare that service personnel are so professional. I needed both a new thermostat and 2 heat pumps. Marcin showed me why the old thermostat needed replacing and showed me how to use the new one- twice. He showed me the pumps and called me to see the work when he was finished. I will definitely continue using Energy One services because of Marcin.

Dante from Energy One showed up right on time and provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything. He went above and beyond, even servicing my air-conditioning system. Energy One is clearly a company that values its customers and stands behind its work.
