Engel Co Inc in New Britain holds an active Connecticut HVAC license. Google shows a 3.7-star average from three ratings. An April 2023 reviewer complained that a company van parked between accessible spaces and obstructed access to their driver-side door; the complaint concerned parking conduct.
Please inform your driver in the big van,not to park right up against a driver's side door! I was parked in a paid handicapped parking space, and your driver parked illegally between 2 handicapped spaces. I am elderly and 70 years old. What he did showed no courtesy or manners. It was beyond rude, especially since I had a doctor's appointment to go to. I will never recommend your company.
