Heating installations and repairs recur in customers' accounts. A July 2022 homeowner described boiler replacement and mini-split installation. In January 2025, another said workers replaced a circulation pump on a Navien combination boiler in under an hour, restoring heat and hot water at a fair price without added charges. A March 2022 customer said Justin arrived within 15 minutes after an after-hours call about a tenant's water-heater gas leak and repaired it. That timing describes arrival, rather than the length of the repair. There are also specific complaints about diagnosis and follow-up. A May 2024 business customer said Future Mechanical arrived the same day but recommended replacing an A/C compressor. The customer reported that a different provider restored the cooling in under 30 minutes three days later. In June 2022, a landlord said Justin referred an A/C problem to an electrician, who found no wiring fault, and then did not return as promised. The landlord reported spending several hundred dollars, a tenant going without A/C for over a week, and another HVAC provider fixing the problem in an hour. Other customers described completed follow-up. A June 2023 homeowner said the crew explained an initial evening visit might require a return, then came back and successfully finished the heating repair. An October 2025 customer described a two-zone gas heating and cooling installation with permits, alongside an order misunderstanding that the company acknowledged and rectified or addressed with a satisfactory compromise.
