A same-day hot-water-tank replacement and an HVAC wiring diagnosis are among the jobs Miele Mechanical Services customers describe in 2026. The New Britain company says it installs Ruud equipment and services, repairs and maintains all brands of heating and air-conditioning equipment. An October customer reported losing hot water and having the broken tank replaced the same day. They praised the office-to-installation experience and called the price fair. In July, another customer sought Dom’s second opinion after a different HVAC contractor had failed to solve the problem. The customer said Dom identified an electrical wiring fault, repaired the system in less than an hour and checked its operation before leaving. A separate July reviewer thanked the business for coming that morning and getting the air conditioner working. Heating-system work also appears in older customer accounts. In March 2026, a homeowner with an oil-boiler problem said Dom came first thing in the morning and restored operation. A December 2023 reviewer described two no-heat situations involving an oil furnace; they said Miele diagnosed and repaired it, then followed up. I had no hot water, so contacted Miele Mechanical Services LLC. Miele Mechanical replaced my old broken water tank with a new water tank the same day in a short period of time. From the time I contacted there office until the new water tank installation was complete the entire team was very professional, knowledgeable and it was fairly priced. Great experience from start to finish!

I highly recommend Dom Miele! After another HVAC contractor had been out and the issue still wasn’t resolved, I called Dom for a second opinion. He quickly identified that there was an electrical wiring problem and had my system repaired and running perfectly in less than an hour. Dom was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. His experience and troubleshooting skills were obvious, and he took the time to make sure everything was working correctly before he left.
