Had a leak in the upstairs kitchen sink, he came out, looked at my ceiling, without checking the upstairs and told me that he would have to break down my wall to find the leak, even I know, just replace the pipe. He also said that I would have to get someone else to put the wall back. Really? All this for a small problem. Then he said " you can pay me now for coming " He never even looked at the upstairs kitchen sink, he just came in, looked at my ceiling and started talking about tearing down my wall. Not to mention, while talking with a mouthful of whatever he had been eating! I called someone else, they replaced the elbow pipe. No problem 😊
I’ve been using Ron’s services for a few years now. I’ve never once had a bad experience. He and his employee are fast, reliable and super knowledgeable. His office staff are easy to work with and always return calls. Ron has always been willing to go back and check any concerns that pop up. Highly recommend Rutkowski Heating and Plumbing.
This is the second time I have used this business. Woke up 2/12/2026 with my furnace not working and no heat. Mid February and 14 degrees outside and wondered how I could get this problem fixed. Messaged business early AM and by 9 am my furnace issue was being addressd. Timely repair, reasonable bill for service and would have no trouble recommending to others and to use for future work. Hard to find reliable and dependable, and look nowhere else than these professionals. More than satisfied customer in Middletown CT.
We had a great experience with this family-owned plumbing business. They were extremely prompt, fairly priced, and professional from start to finish. You can tell the plumber truly knows his craft and takes pride in doing the job right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about quality work. Highly recommend!
