Ephraim Family Construction

Ephraim Family Construction is a two-person shop in Everett taking on flooring, tile, painting and general remodeling work around the Boston area. On Thumbtack, the company lists 21 years in business, with a service lineup that runs from hardwood floor refinishing and tile installation to interior painting, countertop work and general handyman jobs. Just one review is on file, dated October 2024: a customer called the company's pricing competitive with the market. That's the extent of the public track record so far — eleven projects are shown on the Thumbtack profile, but there isn't yet much written history to say much about consistency across jobs. Anyone considering them for a flooring or smaller remodeling job should ask for recent project photos or references directly, since there isn't much public history yet to lean on. It's a fit for a straightforward flooring, tile, or handyman job with a small, local outfit — just get the full scope and price in writing before work starts.
