Equity Builders Contracting LLC

Equity Builders Contracting holds an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and has two five-star Google reviews on file, both from early 2022 and both describing substantial renovation work rather than small repairs. One reviewer had Equity Builders manage multiple phases of a house flip — crews handling everything from installing a new energy-efficient heating system to a new roof — and called the management team's coordination outstanding. The other describes Austin and his team adding a bathroom to a home, a project that required extensive plumbing work, removing a bedroom window, and taking out closets to reconfigure the space; the reviewer called the crew honest, reliable, and friendly. Both accounts describe multi-trade renovation projects handled start to finish rather than single-visit jobs — the kind of coordination a house flip or a bathroom addition actually needs — though with only two reviews on file, both from a few years back, there isn't a deep written history to weigh them against. Worth a call for a larger renovation, addition, or flip-scale project; given how few reviews are available, ask for more recent references before committing to a bigger job.
