That account is from early 2018, and it is a serious one. If you are thinking about hiring them, start with references from jobs finished in the last year or two and go see one. Ask for the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration number and check it on the state register, and put the deposit, a payment schedule tied to completed stages, and firm start and finish dates into the written contract before any money changes hands.
