In an August 2026 review, a customer said Eric texted on arrival, replaced a ceiling fan in about 45 minutes, cleaned up, took the old fan away and asked them to check back if anything went wrong. That job has plenty of company. An August 2025 customer had two ceiling fans and two new outlets installed. Another that month described Eric visiting first to assess a leaking bathroom ceiling fan and review the options, then returning to install a new one. In June 2025, a customer who called about a ceiling fan was told the motor had burned out because it was old, and wrote that the fan works. An April 2025 review said an exhaust fan went in and that Eric offered to fix a switch causing a flickering issue in the same bathroom for free, and a December 2024 customer had a bathroom fan and vent replaced that needed extra cutting because of its size, plus outlets swapped for USB ones. The rest of the work is the same household scale. A February 2025 customer upgrading outlets to GFCI wrote that Eric moved a stove and a washer and dryer to reach them and raised a hanging light while he was there. Another that month got a price over the phone for replacing an old kitchen light fixture. A May 2025 review credited the install of a chandelier at a 14-foot ceiling height, and a December 2024 customer who had collected quotes from another electrician found Eric's the most reasonable. Scheduling has gone wrong for some customers. In a March 2025 review, a customer said Eric canceled a Friday appointment 30 minutes ahead for an emergency job, then missed the rescheduled Sunday morning slot, answered around 11 to say he was running late, and did not show at the new 1:30 time either.
