Highlights
- Wide-ranging handyman work — one review cites fencing, painting, yard work, and drainage
- Skilled mason on crew — the reviewer singled out Barrone's masonry work
- Honest and reasonably priced — the one review on file praised both
Ervin construction is a Lynn-based handyman operation run by Ervin, who a 2024 Google review described as 'a true handyman' — honest, reasonably priced, and willing to take on a wide range of jobs. That review described work spanning fence repair, painting, yard work, drainage, and masonry, often working in pairs with another crew member, and specifically praised Ervin's mason, Barrone, for next-level work. There's only one detailed review on file so far, so it's hard to say how consistent that experience is across jobs. Anyone hiring Ervin construction should ask for references and get a clear scope and price in writing before work starts, especially for anything beyond small handyman-scale jobs.

Ervin is a true handyman! Honest and very reasonable prices. He’s done everything from my fixing fences, painting, yard work, drainage, and masonry work. Installing odds and ends. He works very hard and often in pairs with another worker. His mason Barrone does next level work. I could not be happier and always enjoy having Ervin working here. I’m already saving up for my next project with him which will be a paving stone driveway. I have been working with Erwin now for about five years. He is the first person I call when I need a project done.
