Demo old, pre-formed, concrete outdoor steps & wrot iron railings and replace with steps using composite decking and PVC railings. Also installed a new interior railing (& stain) for added safety going up and down stairs (from garage entrance in a Split) to match existing rail. Byron made several visits prior to work being performed, including prompt email responses to answer all questions/concerns. Byron was very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. He and his team possess a great work ethic and care about a job well-done. Byron ensures his customer is totally satisfied with the work performed, doing all ‘the little things’ that make such a BIG difference. Highly recommend and am sure I will hire him again for potential, future work. My job was not inexpensive (!), but his price was fair and honest considering the quality of work.

He is a pleasure to deal with and we are so happy with all of the work he did on our house: gutted down to the frame and rebuilt, custom woodwork...he does it all from new house from the ground up to remodel to gut rehab. I was looking to have French style closet doors installed and contacted Grove Builders, they were responsive and I quckly got an estimate which was well priced and the job was done very quickly. The work was exceptional and I am very pleased with the overall look. Staff were very professional and very neat! I ordered special door knobs, which were not in when the doors were installed, as soon as I recieved them, Grove came back out to complete the finsihing part of the job. Would hire again !
