We needed to turn our basement into a mother in law suite and found James online. He helped us design a livable space that would allow an elderly person to live comfortably. He personally did the work and didn’t just hand it off to another subcontractor. We will be using this service for more projects .

I'm leaving my personal experience review regarding this contractor he is a rip-off and a liar he took money from my mother was supposed to put gutters on her home she gave him a $400 deposit had to get rushed to the hospital and he was still on the job doing the work and then months went by he never came back to fix it and never refund her money and she passed away that's besides the point I am the daughter trying to recoup the money back because we own the house now and we need to do work on the house and try to fix the gutters and he refuses to pay us back the money that she gave she gave a $400 deposit which we never seen any gutters put on the house and he's been ignoring my messages for months he also did work on my bathroom and broke it tile and said he was going to come back and fix it and never did I have a contract with him and everything another lie he told us to check was in the mail that was last year think twice before hiring him he did a lot of good work at my house and then he turns around and tries to rip me off I'm very surprised because he does good work just like all the other contractors they all read from the same book you can't trust any of them

We hired them to install vinyl siding on our rental property. We were very pleased with the entire process. Definitely use them again !
