Exeter fuel has competitive fuel prices and great service. They have serviced our boiler for 20 years and they keep it in great shape. Friendly and professional, we enjoy the peace of mind by staying with them.

These people don’t know their left from the right hand. I tried to sign up with them three weeks ago three weeks later I’m out of fuel. They still can’t even deliver it and they wanted to argue with me instead of just delivering fuel. Not quite sure what world we live in where 3 weeks heads up isn’t enough. The woman there Rose screamed at me saying “why is it so damn hard to send me a picture of your fuel gauge” Insisting that I don’t know what I’m talking about and there’s no way my fuel tank was on empty and how could I have burned through so much fuel so shortly blah blah blah. I’ll call someone else. Very nasty and miserable experience .

Where do I begin? Do I begin with the kindness, compassion, honesty and integrity displayed by this wonderful family owned business? I have known Scott and Rosie Besson for over 25 years. I knew them when their son was in high school. Now he is an integral part of their business. Scott Jr. or Scottie as we call him is kind , respectful, and helpful just like his parents. I cannot count the times that they have helped me in an emergency. Like in 2010 when we had flooding in Coventry and I alone with my 10 year old son needed a new hot water heater. Or the numerous times when I had no heat because something broke on my furnace. They came out and fixed it and were my heroes. It always seems like something happens when it is the coldest day of the year or today it was one of the hottest days of the year. My central air did not work . Although this is not their line of business, Scottie was able to detect what was wrong and was able to assist me. And by the way , they never charge me high prices just for showing up like so many other companies do. They are always reasonable and never take " advantage ' of the consumer not really knowing what is wrong. They truly are the most amazing individuals. Honest, hard working, just awesome human beings. They are loyal to their clients and I am loyal to them. They deliver oil on a regular basis and I have never run out. About 15 years ago when I was managing a local branch, my step -father had come to visit. He had Parkinson's disease and was having a difficult day. Scott happened to be the branch for business and I always remember how compassionate and kind Scott was to my step-father. Like I said just really good people .
