Oriel's Construction Inc

Renovated kitchen floor and I am very happy with the result. Second time I use this contractor. Very reliable.

We had Oriel's construction remodel our bathroom and they did a great job! We are very happy with our new bathroom. The price was fair, they showed up everyday on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Bolivar was flexible as changes came up in the project. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our children's and primary bathrooms in anticipation of moving...we couldn't be happier with the end results! We wish we had made the renovations sooner! The minute we met with Bolivar, we felt comfortable - he is knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and easy to work with...Bolivar was willing to work within our budget constraints and offered ideas and suggestions at every step of the process. He was extremely patient with us - I am not decisive and changed the layout of the primary bathroom a few times...yet he and his team still completed it in a timely fashion! Bolivar has a team of very trustworthy and competent contractors. Each night before leaving for the day, they packed up their materials and left the work area clean and tidy. They were gracious and accommodating and were even kind to our dog! We would recommend Bolivar without hesitation.

Oriel's construction helped me to remove a glass door from my tub and replace an exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms in our single family home. I competitively bid this project with multiple qualified contractors and Bolivar was the first to send a quote back and provided the best value for our project. Throughout the project Bolivar was communicative, responsive, punctual and executed excellent work, keeping our house clean and tidy throughout the project. We plan on using Oriel's Construction for future work on our next bathroom and our roof. We would recommend Oriel's Construction to any one considering them for a project

I hired Oriel's Construction twice—once to do a gut remodel of the hall bathroom in 2024 and a second time to remodel a bathroom and closet in 2025. Both experiences were great! Bolivar is honest, fair, and reasonably priced. He's a great problem-solver and offers thoughtful ideas and suggestions to make the renovation even better. He also doesn't nickel-and-dime his clients, and he even includes some upgrades at no cost. For example, in both bathrooms, he provided slabs of quartz to line the niche free of charge. The one thing I'd be aware of is that the quote does not include pipe work outside of the bathroom. We were charged extra for the pipework done in the basement and walls, leading up to the second-floor bathroom. We knew there would be an extra cost, but it would be best to quote a range upfront so clients know what to expect. I would definitely recommend Bolivar and his crew. They were all very considerate of our house and schedule. Thank you Bolivar—I love both bathrooms!
