Very good experience with Express Marble and Granite to replace a bathroom countertop - good communication throughout, quality workmanship, and completed the work on time.

Vanessa at Express Marble & Granite was responsive & helpful, provided me with the requested quote, photos of stones for us to select, and were sensitive to my deadline and measured and installed the countertop as promised. They changed the time of both of my appointments unilaterally which was very disruptive to my schedule (first appointment was changed 4 hours earlier, then they were 3.5 hours "late"). Ask me instead of telling me. The two installers that came for the measurements were very helpful even with the language barrier, and the same two installers joined with a 3rd to install the countertop. We are very happy with the end result.

AJ and fabricators were amazing from start to finish …planning, measuring, installing my marble countertops. Their crew executed perfectionism at every step of project !! They installed my new sink and took away my old countertops.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the speed and quality of Express Marble and Granite. We shopped four different suppliers and EMG was the cheapest quote by about 400 dollars. We ended up going with Sparkling White Quartz and the countertop looks beautiful, with little flecks of chrome that pick up on of all our stainless steel appliances. I also got an extra large sink, which is awesome. The whole process, from first text message to final install was done in one week. I really appreciated the quick responses from Laryssa in the office. She was central to our communication with the workers. The workers spoke both English and Portuguese. We were very happy that we were bilingual so I could communicate with them as they installed the product. They were very careful with the installation and considerate of my 3 small children who were crossing the work area to go back and forth to the playroom on the other side of kitchen. We hired Express with an usual countertop installation request and they were beyond helpful and accommodating. Laryssa in the office was very professional, polite, patient, and quick in getting back to me. The two guys who did the install were also very professional and did a great job with minimal intrusion.
