Floors are the work here — wood installed and refinished, vinyl and laminate, tile, plus flooring sales — run from Harrison Avenue in Boston out across Malden and the rest of greater Boston. In a March 2024 Thumbtack review, a homeowner who hadn't decided how they wanted their bathroom to look wrote that Exquisite Homes helped put the room together for them. Its Thumbtack profile lists nine years in business and eight employees, with fifteen jobs shown in photos. A homeowner refinishing hardwood or putting down new tile is the straightforward fit, and that bathroom job suggests a crew willing to help settle the look rather than only install it. Ask to see finished floors close to the ones you want, get material and labor broken out in the quote, and agree the timeline before the furniture comes out.
