F.L. Deschenes Construction

F.L. Deschenes Construction is a North Shore, Massachusetts general contractor whose own site says it has worked in residential design-build, additions and new construction since 1992 — 34 years, by its own count. Houzz shows three projects spanning design/build homes, additions, remodeling, decks and porches, and custom millwork; BuildZoom lists 15 permits under the company's name and a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license, #138262, along with an earlier #123355. This is a company to talk to about a design-build addition or renovation on the North Shore — confirm the license number with the state registry, ask for references from a recent project, and get the scope and timeline in writing before signing.
