Fabricio Painting

A whole interior, kitchen cabinets, a mahogany deck, even a teak dining set: Fabricio Painting customers describe work on both their houses and the things in them. The company describes itself as a family-run, owner-operated South Dennis business founded in 2007 by Fabricio, also named on its website as Fabrício Carvalho. It says it serves homeowners across Cape Cod with house painting, cabinet refinishing and pressure or soft washing. An August 2026 Google reviewer describes painting the entire interior, with attention to preparation, walls, trim and cleanup. The customer says the company sent a separate crew to clean the whole house afterward. Another August reviewer describes kitchen cabinets and a living room, praising the taping and preparation before painting, punctuality and completion on time. In a July account, Fabricio himself handled the initial walk-through and communicated throughout an interior project. Exterior work can involve several steps. A July reviewer describes a carpenter identifying and replacing problem areas, followed by soft washing, painting preparation and painting crews, then the carpenter returning for spot repairs. A customer writing in May describes soft washing, trim painting, replacement of rotted trim and refinishing a mahogany deck. That customer says removing the old stain required days of preparation and sanding, with some boards replaced after concerns about rot were raised; Fabricio also supplied progress pictures. A June 2026 reviewer says work on a large deck started the day they hired the company and that the job took 24 hours. The work included pressure washing, bleaching, sanding, priming and painting. A July customer describes repair and repainting of a living-room ceiling damaged by a roof leak. An August account describes power washing a teak table and ten chairs and fixing a connector link on the table. A May reviewer who had used Fabricio on projects over eight years describes doors taken to the shop for spray finishing and furniture sprayed to match the home's decor. Another customer, writing in May 2026, describes work at two Wellfleet homes in 2025: interior rooms with high cathedral ceilings and exterior doors at one, dining-room walls and doors, exterior railings and window frames at the other. That customer credits careful protection of furnishings and thorough cleanup. Google shows a 5-star average from 112 ratings.
