Faia WM & Sons is the trading name for William Faia & Sons, Inc., a Swampscott general contractor that's been in business since 1969 and was incorporated in Massachusetts in 1985. William J. Faia runs it as president, with a crew of about ten handling general contracting alongside masonry, water and sewer work, carpentry, waterproofing and landscaping for both homes and commercial properties. Given the range of trades under one roof, it's worth confirming which crew — masonry, sewer work, or general carpentry — would actually staff a given project before booking.
