Falcon Gutters and Home Improvements Corp.

Falcon Gutters and Home Improvements is Ruben's crew — the outfit homeowners call to replace a house's original gutters and downspouts, put on gutter covers, or swap out rotted fascia while they are up there. Angi and HomeAdvisor list gutters, roofing and siding; the reviews are almost entirely about gutters. Across 97 Angi ratings averaging 4.6, 86 percent are five stars, and the recurring story is speed. A 2020 customer got an estimate one day and the finished job the next; a 2021 homeowner said Ruben came quickly for a quote and had crews there when needed for a full gutter-and-downspout replacement. In a March 2025 review, a homeowner described rotted fascia replaced with PVC and a new gutter hung, and called him conscientious about the work. A 2021 customer had custom gutter runs built to feed rain barrels for the garden; a 2023 reviewer who had already been burned once elsewhere went on to use Falcon for everything construction-related at home and at work. The complaints are about what happens after the crew leaves. In a May 2021 review, a customer gave half a star: most of the work was done in November 2020, a miscommunication left the job unfinished, and six months of calls, emails and texts went unanswered. A 2020 reviewer dropped to three stars over a receipt he requested and could not get, while noting the work was good and Ruben arrives early. On the BBB, where the company holds an A+ with no complaints filed, one reviewer described a poorly itemized $2,100 quote for work they had not asked about and said the clogged gutter causing their overflow was never looked at from a ladder. A solid call for a straightforward gutter replacement or fascia repair on a quick timeline. Before booking, get the scope itemized in writing, confirm what the price includes, and agree on how any loose ends get closed out — and ask for the receipt up front.
