Falcon Plumbing Service Inc is the Williston plumbing and heating shop people call when water is already on the floor. In a December 2025 Google review, a boiler leak flooded a basement the day before Christmas Eve; Ryan came on a moment's notice and replaced the tank and valves within 30 minutes. A September 2025 reviewer with a leaky basement pipe was told by other plumbers it would be a week or two. Falcon came the next morning. The company says it has been at this since 1990 and offers 24/7 emergency service, and it lists a service area running from Burlington and South Burlington out to Hinesburg, Jericho, Milton and Grand Isle. On Google it holds 4.1 stars from 64 ratings, and its BBB page is an A+. A 2021 Google reviewer said the company had worked on the home 5+ times over 15 years. In a January 2022 review, Brian spent at least 15 minutes on the phone helping a customer track down a plumbing problem: "No visit, no charge." A July 2024 reviewer described John B fixing a shower leak in about 30 minutes, and a 2022 reviewer with a leaking outside faucet had someone at the door 30 minutes after calling. On Reddit, Burlington and Vermont commenters have recommended Falcon since 2023; one called it "Local and honest" in 2024. A September 2026 Google reviewer says Falcon proposed cutting open an exterior wall to reach a pipe, turning a $300 job into a $3000 one, and charged just to say so; the customer replaced the pipe themselves in about two hours. A 2023 Reddit commenter said Falcon answers the phone and does good work but will charge just to come take a look, sometimes up to $250. In a 2024 review, a customer whose water heater's control panel failed after almost four years waited two weeks for the part, paid over a thousand dollars for the repair, and was still charged for the service call. A July 2023 reviewer praised the technicians but called the office staff condescending. In 2022, one customer said Brian turned down hooking up baseboard to an existing system, and another customer waited two weeks for an estimate before learning the company would not take on a commercial project. A 2023 reviewer who had posted a poor review over a hot water tank installation came back to say every issue was resolved and Falcon reimbursed more than was asked. Its Vermont master plumber licence, PM-03334, is active under Brian D Seeholzer.
“the guys at Falcon have always done great work when I’ve needed it.”
“Falcon has always been good to me.”
“Falcon plumbing. Local and honest”
“Yeah +1 for falcon. They’re my go to residential plumbing and heating recommendation.”
“I've been happy over the years with Falcon Plumbing in Williston”
Either stupid, scammers, or lazy. Made wild claims about needing to cut open an exterior wall to get access to a pipe, as seen in these photos, that clearly has access. They wanted to turn a $300 job into a $3000 Job. They also charged money just to tell me this. I ended up replacing the whole pipe myself and it took like 2 hours at most, never cutting open an exterior wall.
01/22/2026 - This is my Third Positive review of the Falcon Plumbing team; thanks Sandie and John for the rapid response ! Outstanding Results; Very customer focused and excellent communication ! Highly Recommend !!
Our boiler needed a new tank and valves after discovering it leaked and flooded our basement the day before Christmas Eve. On a moments notice, Ryan came and replaced everything within 30 minutes. He saved the day and my sanity. I would recommend Falcon a hundred times over. Thanks for such wonderful service!
I called because we had a leaky pipe in the basement. Called a couple other plumbers, they said a week or two before they could send someone. Falcon was the next morning. They did a great job quick, professional and it wasn't outrageously expensive. I think we found a new plumber.
We used Falcon for some minor (non emergent) plumbing issues recently and were very happy with them. Compared to other plumbers we had called, they scheduled us within a week, their rates were much more reasonable than other local plumbers we had called, and the person who came out was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend them!
