A recent customer said the man who came to fix the plumbing was extremely rude. Great to work with, from the initial estimate to the actual work. The crew that came out was knowledgeable, chatted through the issues they were finding with me, and left the site looking neat after multiple excavation holes. Will be using them for all septic needs going forward.
I've hired P&P for 3 different jobs and they were fantastic- very fast response, easy to schedule, and showed up when they said they would 5 different times (1 emergency, 2 estimates, 2 planned/preventative jobs). All the employees I met (5 in total) were friendly, professional, worked efficiently and were respectful of the homes. Would absolutely hire again. The emergency was a backed up toilet at a rental, and the 2 preventative services were at 2 different properties: 1. replacing a very old, very sketchy cast iron waste water pipe in the basement (it was frighteningly thin in places!) and scoping the waste water pipe to the town sewer line to check its condition; 2. was scoping a line and replacing a copper & cast iron waste water pipe that went through the foundation in a few feet into the yard. The outside digging they had to do was neat, confined to a small area and they seeded new grass on the small patch of disturbed soil. Definitely recommend!
Travis and his team at P&P Septic did a great job. They always keep you in the loop so if you call them they pick up immediately and can be at your home for any emergencies. I strongly recommend them for your septic needs.
We have been very happy with the services that P & P have provided. Tyler, Travis, and Joseph were all pleasant and professional to work with. Their response was prompt and our issue was resolved within 24 hours. They pumped our tank, inspected our pump to ensure it was functioning properly, and lastly they jetted out our leach field. We appreciate that they were very knowledgeable and spent time educating us on our system; suggesting future maintenance to ensure that our system functions at its best. Overall, we have been impressed with their customer service and know that we can rely on them for managing the needs of our septic system. Highly recommend P & P for managing septic needs! Update as of 08/2026: Nate was out at our home in Charlotte recently and we had a wonderful experience with him. This is the second time he's come to our home to work on our septic/toilet system and he is clearly very knowledgeable and hard-working. He installed three new toilets for us and hauled away three old ones. I was very impressed with his ability to work quickly and the quality of his work. Just wanted to share our experience with him. He really is an asset to your business and we were happy to have him out at our home working on both occasions.
