Falmouth Glass and Mirror Co.

Falmouth Glass and Mirror runs its own showroom and fabrication shop on Teaticket Highway, and customers describe a place at its best when you bring the job to them. In a July 2024 review, a homeowner carried a decorative wall mirror into the shop, spoke with Mitch, and was told the repair would be made immediately even though other work was already pending. Another, writing in September 2024, said Kylie had exactly what they needed within hours of a phone call. Planned installations draw the same kind of write-up. A June 2024 customer gathered three detailed quotes before choosing Falmouth Glass for a shower glass door, citing the detail of the quote, the warranty and quick answers to questions. An October 2025 reviewer described prompt, efficient communication and a repair resolved quickly. Its Google page sits at 4.2 stars across 28 ratings, and its BBB page shows an A+. The friction comes when the glass is at your house. In July 2023, a homeowner whose bay window was broken by a flying rock was told it might be fall, a few months out, before anyone could come look — or that he could bring the window frame in himself. In August 2023, another reviewer called the company unreliable about showing up for appointments and said its preliminary pricing came in well above other shops. The site names Brian Sundquist, Eric Sundquist and Joe Souza in sales and Irene Sundquist in accounting, and the BBB lists 12 employees. The company says it has offered glass services since 1978, while the BBB records a business start of 1985. A good call for custom shower doors, mirrors and glass work that can come to the shop, or an installation you can schedule ahead. If the job is at your house and urgent, get a firm date and a written price before you commit, and ask how far out field work is running.
