The Shower Glass Guy is a custom shower-glass installer based in Teaticket (Falmouth), with additional offices in Newton, MA and Fairfield, CT, self-reporting over 1,000 installs and 5 years of experience serving Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, including Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. A run of twelve straight 5-star Google reviews from 2026 consistently praises the team -- Jeff on sales/quoting and Jermaine leading installation crews -- for fast callbacks, clear communication and quick turnaround, often under two weeks from measurement to install. Several reviewers describe being turned away or ignored by other companies for repairs (a shifted door, hardware replacement, mold cleanup) and getting prompt, fairly priced help here; one reviewer noted the company replaced only broken hardware at half the price rather than upselling a full new door. The company states it is fully insured and offers commercial glass work in addition to residential showers, mirrors and enclosures. All of the review history on file is from 2026, so it's worth asking about longer-term warranty coverage and confirming current licensing/insurance directly before booking a larger commercial project.
