Dave is excellent. Highly recommended. Take the time off work to walk with him through the home inspection - his approach is methodical, thorough. He is an educator! He explains what he is going to do, how and why and the outcome. When issues arise he explains exactly how he will write it up in the report. You will be amazed at what he sees versus what you think you saw after your showing! Dave SAVED me from buying something that would have been a money pit. He is meticulous, HONEST and FAIR. EXCELLENCE! If you’re looking for a professional that treats your inspection as if he is doing it for his own family, Dave is the guy. My wife and I have had 2 great experiences with Dave inspecting homes for us. He is extremely knowledgeable; knowing exactly what to look for during each inspection. Everything gets documented with notes and photos which can be viewed in a user friendly online portal and downloaded/printed. He is 100% there to make sure the home you are buying is safe.
