When one of a customer's shop doors was jammed down and could not be opened, they called Dave, who squeezed them in to get them operational again. Another customer who needed to replace the mechanics of a garage door says they came out 2 hours later and fixed the motor and springs, and the door works and is quieter than before. Joe performed preventative maintenance on one customer's garage doors and synced their cars to their Lift masters, on time and at reasonable cost. After a customer backed into their door and it came off the tracks, leaving it stuck open, DJ had someone out in an hour and Joe fixed it; that customer calls the door as good as new and the prices very reasonable. Another customer says the fixes were done expeditiously and the costs were given beforehand. In a 2026 review, a customer who had a garage door repaired said David was professional, responsive and transparent about pricing, arrived on time, explained the issue clearly and completed the repair without any upselling or surprises, and the door now operates more smoothly and quietly. In another 2026 review, Dave returned a customer's call immediately and came to fix a broken spring that afternoon; that customer then decided to change out all three garage openers, and Dave and Joe were there quick, kind and very thorough. In a 2025 review, a customer who had used Ferguson Door for garage door needs for the past few years described it as owner operated and said he works within the client's budget.
