I can't say enough positive or good things about Fernco . They are a very reputable company who is honest and trustworthy, I had problems with my Septic, and was quoted from another Company it would cost me Thousands to have a new Septic Pump and floats put in. This was a total nightmare !! My dog had to have surgery the week before, so I was really hurting financially. It was rough !! I thought I would call another company , and saw Fernco's Website. At the last minute, I decided to call them, not having much hope. Brandon came out, and mentioned to me the Septic Pump was still good, and I just needed a couple of floats. He charged me Hundreds, not Thousands !! The other company were resl scsmmers !! Thank you so much Brandon for your Sincerity, you were a real Godsend !! I really appreciate your Honesty. . You and your Company are A++ !!

Truly recommend this company. They are great and responsive. I had called and left a message on their emergency line and had a callback within half hour and as unfortunately at the time the city had shut off the water. It was actually the city worker who recommended Fernco to me as I had no clue who to call for this type of work. Within the hour Brandon came out and was very knowledgeable, respectful, and upfront about my options after assessing the situation. They took care of the rest. Grateful for their support and great work!

I had a home sewage effluent pump problem. I spoke with Dave and he was honest and knowledgeable about my situation. Frenco Services sent Brandon out to diagnose my problem. The technician called when he was on his way, was thorough, professional, explained what he was doing. We were totally confident that he knew what needed to be done and how to do it. And he had all the parts that he needed - that's not always the case when we have a repair person come out without knowing the extent of the repair. We would highly recommend Fernco.

This company is great. I had another company try to charge me $10000 for work. Fernco came out and said I only need one thing replaced and charged $4500. Glad there are still some honest people in the world.
