FF CRPNTRY INC

Two customers writing in August 2025 did the same thing: they clocked the crew. One had them on site from about 8am until about 6pm, explaining as they went why the work was being done that way and cleaning up at the end; the other had them there from 8am through to 5 every consecutive day. FF Crpntry — F&F Carpentry — works out of South Yarmouth as a Cape Cod carpentry and home-remodeling contractor: new homes, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, siding and roofs. The company describes itself as a partnership between Fabio and Filipe that started as a friendship on a job site, with over 10 years of experience behind it. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active in the company's name. Decks are what they get called for most. An August 2026 customer had a deck renovated and doubled in size; a May 2026 customer had Filipe and his crew replace a second-floor deck; reviewers in December 2025, July 2025 and March 2025 each describe deck work they were happy with. The range runs wider than decking, though. An August 2026 homeowner had them gut a basement and rebuild it from the studs to the drywall, frame in a garage, and replace a rotted-out window. A November 2025 customer had a kitchen countertop fitted and windows replaced. In September 2025 another had two metal posts and mailboxes assembled and installed to USPS guidelines. Getting hold of them comes up as often as the carpentry. A March 2025 customer said Filipe answered messages quickly, kept them updated and showed up when he said he would; a September 2025 customer had the proposal back quickly, made changes to it quickly and got on the schedule fast. Price draws two notes: a February 2026 reviewer called it reasonable, a December 2025 reviewer called them price competitive. A fit for deck work and carpentry-led remodels on the Cape, from a basement rebuild down to a pair of mailbox posts. Angi's listing says free estimates and warranties are offered, so ask what that warranty covers, and get the scope written into the proposal before the crew starts.
