I hired Finley construction to restore steps leading to the egress to my home. It wasn't going to be cheap, and I was fine with it. I was very clear about what it was that I wanted, and they did not appear to listen. They ignore your concerns. After several attempts to get this company to complete the job, it was never completed. I hope people are aware that this company is NOT responsive to their customers, and get annoyed when you tell them the job was not done right. So I am left with a half finished job. Thanks finley.

My wife and I decided to build 2 new bedrooms in our attic. We popped our heads up there and saw that it was an absolutely massive space. Finley came in, built a staircase, 2 large rooms, and a hallway. They were attentive and professional at all times and the crew were really great guys. I couldn't be happier with the results along with an extra 600 square feet to my house.

I contacted Finley construction in the beginning of February for a quote on a bathroom remodel and window replacement. Someone came to our house a few weeks later to look at the projects. I was promised the quote the following week which i didn’t receive. Several weeks later i reached out to inquire and received an email on March 15th with a number for the bathroom. No itemized breakdown of costs like i had received from other contractors who provided prompt responses. I was told they were still waiting for a response from their supplier about the window. As of today, may 5th, i have not heard from them again. I never received the window quote or price breakdown for the bathroom. Finley came highly recommended but i can honestly say i will not give the same recommendation to others. It’s clear my projects weren’t a priority for them and my business not needed.

Finley Construction should be your first call if you are adding on/renovating or considering an ADU. Knowledgable, provide quality work and take the time to know what you want and get it right!

The best decision I ever made was to hire Finley Construction for my addition on my daughter’s house. I had over a year of bad experiences dealing with other contractors and was so grateful when I found Finley. They started out as my contractor and ended up feeling like family. They care intensely about their work and I have come to know they care just as much about you, the client.. They were professional and Dependable, when they said they were going to be there they would be there and they wouldn’t leave until they put in a long hard days work. If I had any kind of question or concern, all I had to do was call and I would always have an answer usually almost immediately definitely before the day was over. They routinely kept me informed by leaving a progress report as to what they had done that day/week and what would be next, Which I greatly appreciated since I was not there at my daughter’s home all the time. If any issue did come up, they were right on it immediately, no waiting. They all became Friends very quickly and were just as excited about the progress in my project as I was. As it turned out, I lost my mom during this project, whom I had been living with and caring for. Finley finished my addition the day before my mom died. They kept their promise of giving me a turn key home to go to after I lost my mom. A beautiful bouquet of flowers in my addition from them in memory of my mom. People like this are rare these days and when you’re lucky enough to find them to complete a project for you, then you can bet you found the right one!
