Quality Home Inspections by Thomas Rotolo

I recently hired Thomas Rotolo of Quality Home Inspections to perform a pre-inspection on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. TJ was extremely accommodating with scheduling and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain his findings in a clear and understandable way. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of detail and expertise he provided. As a seller, having a pre-inspection done gave me valuable insight and helped me address potential issues. I highly recommend Quality Home Inspections and Thomas Rotolo to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, affordable, and dependable home inspector

Tom was absolutely wonderful. He helped my wife and I inspect two homes and ensured we were informed of everything along the way. We were both extremely impressed with his knowledge during the inspection and how he would know exactly what was happening in the house by a glance. Very friendly, honest and fair. In the future if we need an inspector, we will absolutely call Tom.

My husband and I would highly recommend Tom Rotolo based on our experience having Tom inspect an old Berkshire County farmhouse for us. Working with him, it was obvious that Tom brings tremendous knowledge and experience to the task. We were especially impressed by his thoroughness and his willingness to explain any issues uncovered.

Thomas was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took the time to explain everything in detail to me and the importance of the items that he inspected. I would strongly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a thorough and honest inspection.

Tom has been such a huge help since becoming a homeowner. The inspection was thorough and described well. Being a first time homeowner Tom was thoughtful and helpful, and carefully explained everything! He has stayed in touch since buying our house - and always offers his expertise when needed! I cannot recommend Tom more!
